Hi there. I have a caci ultra machine I bought last year. It has been great. Although I have had a problem happening and I don’t know how to fix it. So when I’m on the gliding setting it’s fine, full conductivity, then when I go onto the quick setting it doesn’t seem to have any conductivity. I have made sure the buds have plenty of water and there’s no oil on the skin. Does anyone know how this is happening and how to fix it?
