Hi,
Please could anyone advise ? Have any of you used both products recently and if so please could i have your opinions.
I trained in Calgel and used it up until approx 18 months ago I have been using Bio for the past 4 months and think it's great but I can not order unless I am Bio trained where as I can order Calgel as trained with them and have a account with them.
My question is in your opinion do you think there is a major diffrence between the two products ? and is it worth laying out more money to be trained in bio which seems to be what clients ask for above Calgel.
I hope this question makes sense ???????

Thanks for your replies in advance

I'm leaning to Calgel. Better customer service, colours are close to the same (bio has a lot of variations of the same colours.) Better deals and cleaner more honest marketing.

But my main reason? Calgel lasts longer, cures in 20 seconds vs 2 minutes (which really adds up as time goes on) it's a one gel system and doesn't go rubbery the way Bio does. It's final finish is nice and glossy yet somehow it looks soft and wet and fresh looking, it doesn't bleed/feather the way Bio does, either.

So for me, it's Calgel. I do like Bio, but I'm swinging a large portion of my clients over to Calgel and they like it just as much as I do.

I use both but use Calgel much more. I find Calgel stronger and the clear is used for sculpting, overlays or top gel over colour it all comes from the same pot. Whereas Bio there are a few clears for different things.

Bio brushes are so much better tho. as far as colours both have a good range.

I tip with calgel and it works for me I dont tip with Bio.

Calgel customer service is far better than bio at least the bio branch I have to deal with.

I have customers who ask for Calgel by name just as much as bio they are both out there in the womens magazines.

(prob a typing errer in above post, but clear calgel cures in 30 seconds not 20)

I use Calgel and love it, I find it really easy to use and as stated above the customer service is great. I can't comment on Bio though as I have not used it. :)
