Calling all Nubar Gelicure & Orly Gel FX techs

If any of you use Nubar gelicure or Orly gel fx I would be really interested to hear any feedback regarding these brands. They appear to be fairly simlar when viewing online. Any feedback on their nail treatments such as strengtheners, cuticle oil etc would be helpful too. Many thanks. :thumbup:

Hi

I use Orly Gel FX at the salon I work at but I would definitely look for a different brand if I were to set up on my own.. Can't pinpoint exactly why..there's nothing wrong with it, I just don't LOVE it. I also find on some clients it doesn't last but that is also likely to be their aftercare, and if you apply it even slightly too thick then it just peels right off.

I have worked with Gelux before too and would say I prefer that!

Hope this help a bit - am beauty level 2 training and have done my gel polish course but am no nail tech expert!

I agree!! I find it quite gloopy and again there is just something about it that is not as good as other brands x
