I recently did my calgel training but i can't for the life of me remember what they said about calstrong & cuticle oil. When would you use these when doing either NNO or extensions? Couldn't remember if you could use calstrong under incase it stops gel taking. Thanks x

I have looked through both manuals i got and can find stuff about both of them but not at which point to use them
