Can anyone advise me on my hair please?

Hi

I had my hair done last week at a salon.

I paid £150 for a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry. ( I've long hair)

I absolutey loves it when she did it, I loved the colour.

However after the first wash it seems to of changed colour slightly.

Do toners fade so fast after one wash?

It was a lovely bright light baby blonde, where the highlights have been put in and my natural brown that was left out.

Im a bit disappointed after loving it so much.

Is it normal to fade so much after one wash.

Assuming you used a professional salon quality shampoo for coloured/blonde hair and that your hair was in good condition prior to the service, then no, it shouldn’t fade that quickly.
If you used a shampoo from the chemist or Tesco, it will strip colour right out as they’re cheaper to buy because their main ingredients are harsh (cheap) detergents. Salon shampoos contain better quality ingredients so you only need to use a small amount.

Yes my hair is in good condition.

She never mentioned about not using certain shampoo's.

I just used what I had in( Bedhead shampoo)

Yes this can happen every time you wash some colour will be removed
