Hi all I currently mainly use intense pink or pure pink. However I am after a pink that is a bit more pink than pure but not as pink as intense. I have all the cnd bolds and shimmers to cutom blend but have tried and failed. When I added a dash of yellow to my pink it looked yellow:eek:,,,What is blush pink like. I have flawless pink and do like this although it is opaque, I think i would like a semi sheer pink.

I currently have a NSI pink on my own nails ( my friend who does my nails uses nsi) and I do like the clarity of this pink it kinda looks opaque,, but its not).

Can anyone advise please xxx:idea::idea:

for a semi sheer, try mixing 1 part intense to 2 parts flawless - looks great
if that is too pink, try 1 part pure pink/ 2 parts flawless
hth's

or you could do 1/2 and 1/2 of the pure pink and the intense pink? if you are wanting an in between of the 2 pinks you already use

my custom blend for the perfect french pink is. 4 pt clear, 4 pt sheer pink, 2-3 pt warm pink. Clients love it every time! note that reciepe is for a large batch of powder.

That's that I would have suggested, too. :)

Katiebaby, the blush pink isn't very pink at all. HTH and good luck! :)

nsi do lots of lovely pinks.
if im right in thinking the radiant pink and extreme pink are both translusent,the purely pink is semi translucent and the pink masque and the purely pink masque are opaque.they also do a sheer pink.both purely pinks are fab as is the extreme pink for the more dramatic pink.go on there website and have a look its www.nsinails.co.uk

Katie, i personnaly love the look of blush pink when mixed with intense pink. i mix 4 parts blush to 1 part intense and used to use this on a lot of my clients. I know exactly where you are coming from with the look you are trying to create. Try it and see what you think.

Thanks guys I will try some recipes tomorrow:lol: Envy I tried mixing 2pt flawless to 1pt intense, however this was a little too opaque, will try other way tomorrow. Julie could I use pure pink would it be similar as I have no blush pink,,, I have lots and lots of flawless and intense and pure but no blush. xxxx

Pure and blush pinks do give a different effect, so they are 2 seperate looks either on their own or when custom blended. Pop down or call me at the new academy and i will help you. Everyone has there own way of seeing and describing colours, but i usually describe blush pink as a slightly more cameo looking sheer pink when blended with a small amount of intense it pinks it up to a lovely shade.

Yes that's the type of pink I am after more creamy effect iygim. I am defo going to try and get down would you be able to send me direction please Julie. I am right next to the east lancs. Thanks Julie xx
