Hi,

I’m starting up an online business in the UK selling handmade/custom press on nails. I’m wanting to include sticky tabs and nail glue with every order but I’m unsure if I’m allowed to do this! I’ve googled and looked online for ages and can’t find any information regarding selling glue.

Please can someone help me?!

Unless you use a specialised courier who will accept flammable substances such as glue, I’d have thought you’re going to find this to be a problem. Most postal services refuse to accept these items, even nail polishes and solutions are restricted for the same reason.

Thanks for your reply! I think I’ll be fine with posting it, I mean more in the way of people having allergic reactions to the glue etc. Not sure if I’d need to speak with a company and get permission to sell their glue with it, I just don’t know how it works and I really can’t find any info anywhere!

I make up sets of falsies occasionally and don't supply them with liquid glue. I found some really thin, double sided sticky pads that worked fine and do less damage, I think there are a few different brands about now. Google up 'nail guards'.

Most just sell press on's with nail guards. It's down to the buyer to get their own glue.
