No Im pretty sure Brisa needs to be buffed off.

Yes and no hun, You can actually buff Brisa off quicker than it takes to soak off L&P. Its really easy and soft to file but if you buff it right down to the thinest layer then you can soak the rest off if you are worried about filing your clients natural nail plate.
I personally slow down when im nearing it being to thin and carry on filing, It took me 10 mins to file a whole hand of Brisa off last week so its really quick.

You can buff it right down and then soak off the very thin left over layer ,
