OK i have been searching the internet left and right and finally came across this wonderful site and I am hoping to get some answers! I don't have the luxery of working in a professional salon since I decided to stay at home with my kids. So all my learning has to be done on my own now...and all my products have to be purchased by me...eek! I don't have a class coming to my area for some time but I am itching to try out the new axxium colored soak off gels! I am really only wanting to do them on myself since I can't keep polish on anymore so of course I am wanting to not spend every cent I have on just my personal nails!
So I am wondering if I can use any UV lamo to cure the gels or does it have to be OPI? that lamp is $250! alone...so for my own personal use it seems pretty extravagant!
Or is there another cheaper system out there that you would recommend? I am wanting to use OPI just because my local beauty supply store carries it so if I needed more I could just run there to get it...but if there is a cheaper system with nice colors I would be interested in that too.
Sorry I am out of the nail loop, but I still love to do them!
Any help is amazingly appreciated since I can't seem to get answers anywhere!
