Can I use opi uv bond topcoat over nail varnish

Hiya, just wondering if I can use opi uv bond topcoat over nail varnish on either natural nails or over gel nails?

I use star nails and have been asked if I can put coloured nail varnish over the sculptured gel and the a final coat of quattro so that it maintains the coloured nail varnish in better condition for longer.

Is it also possible to use coloured nail varnish over calgel calcrystal and then topcoat the nail varnish with another coat of calcrystal or a uv top coat such as quattro.

the UV Bond is in the blue bottle? wwe don't sell it anymore if so, that's why I can be a bit confused...

you can use it on the natural nail and on a gel or l&p set. if it's the translucent blue bottle.
