Hi everyone, are you able to use permanent hair colour like Wella Koleston or Illumina on wet hair as a toner? I don’t remember ever being taught this at college, just told to use semi’s. Any tips on Wella as toner would be much appreciated. Thanks 🌷

The short answer is yes. Long answer is you can, but because both kokesto and illumina are permanent colours they're both formulated with ammonia, which creates lift. So even with 1.9% / pastel on damp hair it can still cause lift on the natural base e.g. Inbetween highlights.
