can IBD soak of Gel be refilled???

Hi, i need some tips when it comes to refill the ibd soak of gel. as i file the gel to break the surface it takes chunks of. im using a medium grit file, it seems that is not actually supposed to be refilled??? can anyone help

Did you ever get sorted on this? I use ibd soak off ok it infills ok for me. Did you contact your supplier or ibd educator.?
