I have a tanning party booked for a couple of weeks time and the host has got 10 guests that want spraying.

Can the T200 cope with this many in one night?

I would be grateful for your opinions.

Thanks

xx

absolutley no problem whatsoever

Assuming your not lining them all up against the wall in a row naked and spraying them together the machine will be able to rest from time to time as you change over the customers between applications

Have fun

Yep, no problem, as Collin says, turn it off after each customer, that way it will get a little rest between :green:

It can cope with way more than 10 tans, dont worry,
enjoy the evening

Hi Sherrie

Do you not find that the machine gets really hot even after a couple of tans?

I also do not have an extractor fan so any tips, should I wear a mask? The spraying may take place in a conservatory so I may have the option to open a door etc but don't want the clients to be too cold either!

Make sure your filter is cleaned regularly as a blocked filter will cause the machine to get warm...how old is the machine??

A mask is advisable...im not sure though about doing 10 people in a conservatory..the window cleaner is going to love you

I do find that the pipe gets really hot but it doesnt affect the machine at all, just mind you dont burn yourself when you are taking it apart afterwards!

Thanks everyone

Planning to give my gun a thorough clean tonight for the first time so will check the filter as well. Done about 15 spray tans with it now. What is the average amount of people you would spray before thoroughly cleaning everything? I do clean the gun at the end of every evening if I have had a tan booked in.

Will be putting in an order for some masks and more solution..

Jackie

I clean the gun at the end of every day and the machine probably once a week along with the tent.

I dont think the masks Sienna sell are all that good really (jmo) the solution still gets in the sides. I've been using some expensive ones that hubby brings me from work and they tan the outside of my nostrils  think I need to invest in an extractor next....

Thanks, perhaps I will try the masks from Tantrick instead to see what they are like. I will definately purchase an extractor fan at some stage in the future, just need to build up my business a bit more first as I have only been going for about 4 weeks so far but love doing it.

Thanks Collin, I appreciate your advice and will take a look at the weekend.

I will be in touch to place an order with you in the next few days though...

Hi Timless Tanning

I too have the T200, only last night I did a party of seven, yes the pipe gets hot and as Jaffacake has already said, just take care of the metal parts when taking apart at the end of the session.

It is a great little machine and I think with care it will last a long time. I can not believe how fine the spray is.

Again as Jaffacake and also Colin has mentioned you can use masks intended for the building industry. Only yesterday I purchased a couple from Homebase, no sorry Colin not B&Q this time, lol!!! They are intended for paint spraying, contain charcoal and have a special breathing piece on the front and will last several spray sessions a time. I have to be particularly careful after having chest surgery and radiotherapy on my chest.

Happy tanning to you X

Colin,
Not B&Q again !!!!
