I can't get my head round this (tired i think).

I want to say in my brochure that I will perform backfills on other techs nails, (though I dont want it come across that I love that sort of work, because I dont and prefer not to), but that my one week guarantee does not apply to the tips of the nails , only to the back fill area. And i need to put a bit in about possible yellowing due to different products ( Not that i have this happen yet, but i was told in training that it might).

I have sent myself round in circles trying to word it!

Whilst I am willing to perform backfills/infills on your nails that have been created by other nail techs, I can not extend my usual one week guarantee on the tip area of your nail as this only covers the area that i have worked on.

I cannot guarantee that your nails will not discolour from the two types of
acrylic used as I am not aware of the products your other nail tech has applied to you nails.

does this make sense? gosh its long winded isnt it!!

New clients with existing enhancements are most welcome.
(1 week guarantee only covers my workmanship)

IMO less said is often better on a brochure.

Absolutely :green:

Why go to the bother of explaining it on the brochure, only to have to go through it again when they come in for their appointment?

I would just list the service as per normal on the brochure and explain to the client either in person or over the phone about potential yellowing from previous products and colour difference etc.

i knew i was making it complicated for no reason! thank you so much.
