Can you take nano rings out yourself?

Hi guys, quick question...

I had nano rings fitted about 7/8 weeks ago and I want them out now as they are itching and annoying me.

A few have came out and I have then just slid the little grip bit that's left out of my hair.

Can I take them out myself or do I need the person to take them out for me properly ?

You risk damaging your own hair removing them yourself, you should have them removed by the person who installed them.
