Can you use any brand of gel polish over polygel/acrylics?

Hi all,
I was just wondering if you can use any brand of gel polish colour over the top of extensions (polygel, acrylics etc)? I was wanting to use young nails synergy gel system ( they are handy to me for training) but they dont have a very good range of gel polish colours. Any advice would be great, thank you.

This is a difficult question to answer. Although we know which gel system you use, we don't know the gel polishes that you want to use.

In principle, if the gel are properly cured, it should be possible to use a gel polish from a different brand on top without some reaction. But in general, it is better to stay within one brand, where the chemist has tested the compatibility. Anything else is a guess.
