Canadian geeks please read!

So my name is Tara and I am from BC, Canada....Chetwynd to be exact (which is way up north and just as close to Alaska as it is to the end of my own province lol). And most of the time feel a little isolated from the rest of the nail industry. I was just wondering if there were any other Canadian ladies on Salon Geek as I totally stumbled across the site one night when I was looking for inspiration for nail art. Nail art was no where to be found when I went to school and only because my instuctor encouraged me to continue to pursue my passion (or obsession) did I even offer it as a service...now there is nail art everywhere here and I am booking three weeks in advance and 90% of my clients wear it =) So now that I have totally rambled on I was wondering still if there are any canadian ladies that also belong to the site?

Many Canadian techs hover in the nail forum there and you can also find out about some of the events and education going on in Canada.

Im from Lillooet BC.. Im the owner of Tuff Enuff Nails Canada. I would love to get into the interior a little this year and do a couple of workshops. Any interest?

I am trained in Bio and CND, and also use OPI, Eco and LCN for my gels. I don't do acrylic and there is no call for it here. I use Babour facial products and Silkline wax. Although I am an aesthetician, nails is my one true love.

Hey another Canadian tech here, I'm in Ont.

since going mobile recently I only offer mani services and waxing right now. So the products I use are:
China Glaze
CND - Brisa Gel and most other products
O.P.I - Axxium Gel and some polish
Cina for some nail art things
Satin Smooth for waxing
