i have a client here in front of me that i have been soaking for near 30 mins and this junk is just not moving ! its axxium gel polish in monsooner or later. help !

Did you take the shine off first with a file? I always forget to do that coz most clients have shellac.... Other than that, are her hands really cold?? I also never soak them but out them in a foil wrap.... Hths

she is in foil with the table lamp keeping them warm. i didn?t know about the shine part but i use axxium myself and have removed it from this same client with no problem. this set was put on by another tech. we tried to remove them last week and ended up buffing and repolishing regular polish over the gel cause we couldn t get them off and i called the tech who put them on and she said it was indeed axxium: my client said she did 3 coats of color instead of 2

Omg it took me an hour to get these things off ! i had to file thru the color layer and then soak off the base. that was ridiculous!

Madness! You wouldn't think that one extra colour layer would do that.... Maybe there was something else on there as well?

Maybe she had using something else as a top coat...Glaze & Go maybe?

Idk but my poor client. its a wonder it didnt ruin her nails. it was stuck on like acrylic! but i re did her with calcium gel from Eco that doesnt soak off so she can change polish to her hearts content

This is really strange, I have used 3 coats of coulour and the soak off overlay gel on top and NEVER had problems soaking off. I can only think that something other than axxium was used overtop.
