where do i get business car insurance? is there a special site? or can i just ring my normal car insurance people and ask them?

Mine didnt cost anything to add business miles but i am not covered for my products in my car, but the only thing i leave in alll the time is my massage couch and my portable trolley which isant worth pinching.
