Caron wax advice

We are new to Caron wax as we have been using mancine..
We have the Brillance wax (white pelletts)
Does anybody have any advice on products etc with this wax?
We used it earlier on another therapist and she found it hurts alot more than mancine.. even though caron says oil isnt needed before.. we used mancines pre wax oil.

Love Caron Brillance,it is my favoutite wax. I find that if you use powder first it works well. This wax is so gentle on the skin.
