Cavitation lipo training advice

Hi all,
I am new to the whole industry after being made redundant and looking for a complete change(20 years an insurance broker). I am looking at the feasibility of doing ultrasound liposculpture(cavitation) but on a mobile home visit way.
I seem to be struggling to find professional training in this area and would like anyone to let me know if there are any training centres in the Northeast of England.
Also would welcome any advice on whether this sounds like a good idea-not many other people seem to offer a mobile service.
As a complete newbie,all advice is welcome.
