Changing version of pdf????

Hi All
I'm hoping someone somewhere will be able to help me as i am about to go insane with trying.
My regular printers are amazing however things have changed and my old point of contact has now retired and the new point of contact is not as helpful lol.
Basically i have to upload my designs for my flyers through their website. However they request that these are in PDF 1.3.......i believe however mine were created in 1.6
Does anybody at all have any idea of how i can get my flyers to be version 1.3

A quick Google has found this - PDF Version Converter - the download link and description for it are towards the bottom of the page. It is freeware too, so you don't have to pay for it either!

The documentation says it will convert between the following PDF versions too, so it should meet your requirement of converting from 1.6 to 1.3...

PDF version 1.0 (Adobe Acrobat 1.x)
PDF version 1.1 (Adobe Acrobat 2.x)
PDF version 1.2 (Adobe Acrobat 3.x)
PDF version 1.3 (Adobe Acrobat 4.x)
PDF version 1.4 (Adobe Acrobat 5.x)
PDF version 1.5 (Adobe Acrobat 6.x)
PDF version 1.6 (Adobe Acrobat 7.x)
PDF version 1.7 (Adobe Acrobat 8.x)
