Ok, I'll jump on the bandwagon.:green:

I noticed that other than Nigel's putting up the book, the other items for auction are no good for those 'abroad' (such as myself).
So, I'll put up a "Nail Art Start-Up Kit" for auction. Much like the one I donated as a prize for one of the competitions. Just better.

100% goes to "Children In Need". My donation will be the cost of the postage.

It will include:
  1. 20 glitters
  2. 4 Micro-glitters
  3. Assorted Hollow Icy's (Hearts and stars, 6 colours of each)
  4. Assorted round Rhinestones
  5. Assorted Rhinestone shapes (flowers, hearts, stars, teardrops, squares)
  6. Assorted Rhinestone Cause Ribbons (such as the cancer ribbon, 10 colours I think?)
  7. 5 Colours of Lazer Strips
  8. 3 sheets of 3D Decals
  9. 9 colours of Bullion
  10. 12 Colored/glitter Acrylic powder
  11. 7 colours shredded foil (icy mylar similar)
  12. 1 pkg Feathers
  13. 6 x Dried Flowers
  14. Crushed Sea-shells
  15. 4 colours Transfer foils
  16. 3 colours of Leafing (copper, gold, silver)
  17. 5 Assorted Nail Art Brushes
  18. Rock Candy mixed colours
  19. 1 pkg Gold tone o-rings for nail jewellery
  20. 1 pkg Silver tone o-rings for nail jewellery
  21. 4 Nail charms
  22. 2 mini painter's pallettes for mixing paints etc.. (or L&P, or gel...)
  23. 1pr earring hooks, 1pr clip-ons for adding acrylic art to make jewellery
  24. 2 pots of unused coloured Uv Gel Polish (Nailite brand)
  25. 2 boxes pre-designed nail tips, 70ct each.
  26. 1 plastic box/case to store it
  27. 1 empty carrousel to store rhinestones
  28. Ultra mini-mini googly-eyes
  29. Pink Flat Breast Cancer ribbons
  30. 1 Canadian touristy souvenir LOL
This would be a great Art Start-Up kit for anyone trying their wings, wanting to experiment and not having the funds to buy everything. (If I think of anything else that I might have on hand, I'll add it)
It's a little bit of everything, and then some.
As soon as I have a moment, I will put it together and take a picture.

So, who shall start the bidding?
:green:
Make me proud ladies and gents, the shipping on this one is gonna bite my backside:Scared:
:lol::lol::lol:

Bidding closes on November 16th.

Have a look at what you're bidding on:

That's fab of you Victoria

I'll start the bidding off at £20.00... Don't be shy geeks... :wink2:

Come on ladies and gents.
This is going to be a whopper:!:
With a bit of everything AND I'm hitting the craft store/dollar store later to see what all else I can add. (and trust me, there's a GOLDMINE of stuff to be found there!!! gotta love Canadian Dollar stores lol)

When I started out, I spent a FORTUNE getting everything, and I still have TONNES of leftovers.
This kit provides you the chance to experiment without going broke like I did :o
And gives you a good base to start from, and simply build from there.

:green:

I'll go £30.00 thats a really generous thing to do Victoria:hug:

Hi Victoria, fantastic nail art kit, my bid is £35.

By the way, what is the cut off point please?

£40 :)

I think if I bid again I might find myself in a divorce court though

Thats a great kit Victoria

Glad you like :)

Bidding closes at midnight, on the 16th.
So, when I wake up on the 17th (MY time), anything new will be discounted and the last bid before midnight MY time (MOntreal Quebec, Canada) will be the winning bid.

After I took the picture, and tried to pack it all into the white box I bought to store all that stuff in, and ship...
IT DIDN'T ALL FIT:eek:

Me thinks I have to go hunting for a bigger box

:lol::lol::lol:

Anyone know what the cut off time will be for the UK?:o

By the way, my bid is £45

THANKS:!:

Having just reviewed the list,I forgot to include a few things when I took the picture, and they were :

2 pots of Coloured Gel Polish (different colours)
2 different sets of pre-designed nail art tips, 70ct/per box.

These items are on the list, but I forgot to include them in the pictures :o

So, please keep bidding ladies and gents. Let's take care of the munchkins :green:

I look forward to shipping the parcel off, before it gets lost in the chaos of my office:lol:

Just a reminder for those that are uncertain. It's too difficult for me to figure out all this time zonestuff PLUS if people from different time zones are bidding in the same auction..... it's better if I set the 'zone' myself, understand?

I 'believe' it's 5hrs difference between my zone and uk, but not sure, you might want to double check.

HAPPPY BIDDING:!:

I up my bid to £70.

CONGRATULATIONS OEY!!!!

What a lovely and generous bid:!:
Please pm me your home address (my computer is still offline,so I dont have access to my Secret Santa files with addies). I will ship everything off to you ASAP.

Now,I need a volunteer to arrange how to make payment to the "children in need' organization as I"m in Canada, and if we start transferring money back and forth, some will get lost due to exchange rate charges blah blah.
Sandi??? Sam???? Could either of you help me out please?

And thanks ever so much to everyone for participating! I'm very flattered by the generous bids.

Oey, I look forward to seeing pictures of the 'fun' you'll have with your art kit.
