Hi everyone,
Woundered if n e one could help?I have a spraytan tent which I have used for well over a year now and I wipe it down once a week but have noticed that the edges where the metal is are really grubby and when I wipe them I just cant get them clean.I have tried baby wipes and fairy liquid but every time I wet the fabric more solution comes out?I really would like to be able to thoroughly clean it as I'm worried about it marking clients floors!! Is there anything n e one could reccomend to clean my spray tan tent?!

hey hun i hose mine down in back garden and let it dry off or use couch roll to wipe the excess drips away xx

You could try taking it outside an giving it a good hose down. We find that works quite nicley. This is the perfect weather for it! As I'm sure you already know, you have to be careful about using cleaning products on it as it can damage the fire retardant coating.

HTH

xx

i work next to a car wash lol so out we go with the tent, pop it up in the wee car wash booth and scrub it with the foamy brush, then spray it with the power hose and leave it outside to dry :)

Hi,
Thanks guys.Well cleaning a spray tan tent in a car wash brings a whole new meaning to the word 'mobile'lol.Sounds like such a good idea though.I'm sure giving it a good drench will draw all the solution out!!How often do you guys do this?

Hi I am doing mine this weekend, just make sure there is no wind lol, its the first time doing my new one did my old one 3 times last year :)

i would prob do mine every 3 months.

obv depends on how much tan you do, but youl get a shock when you do it!!! how much tan comes out!!

We get laughed at doing it in the car wash but it gets the job done! Tried wiping it down before and it just was not happening!!!

Hi I know Kim just think how many more tans you could do with what comes out of the tent lol I was shocked the first time I did mine :)

I probably do mine every 4 weeks or so, weather depending, but any longer and it is really bad! lol

LOL ill be rolling about in the car wash trying to soak it up!!!!

Yep a good old hose down in the garden is perfect, no need to use and cleaners or detergents. I do mine about once a month, and just wipe down at the end of each day with dry couch roll. I also fill my gun and cup with water and spray this into the tent at the end of each day as well so this gives the sides a little clean too xx

I put mine in the bath and give it a good thorough shower. Leave it there till it's not dripping then open it out and leave it to dry. Can't always get it outside, i don't have a garden. Eeven if it's only been used a couple of times, loads comes off it
