clear formation tips

I just got so excited as I found some clear formation tips that I did'nt even know I had lol, and as I undid the box I saw a sign on it that says only use speedbond do not use gelbond and I only have gelbond! Does anyone know why or what will happen? I was not going to leave them clear I was going to use white sculpting gel.........

I've always used gelbond with clear tips with no adverse effect! Gigi did mention why ages ago, but I seem to remember it wasn't the end of the world either way!!! I'll see if I can find the thread, but you'll be fine with Gelbond......
