Clear or White tips

I would like to know which is best to use clear or white tips, i currently use white tips but am finding that i end up with a line on the nail where the tips joins the natural nail, i am filing it down so that it is flush to the nail bed but when i add the acrylic it always shows a narrow white line, i use scrub fresh to clean the nail bed when i have finished filing, can anyone advise me on what to do about this. i did wonder if using clear tips might be the answer.

White tips shouldn't be blended. White tips are best used when doing french, if you are wanting the nails to look natural you are best to go with natural or clear tips, and these do need to be blended. HTH.
