Just had to share this with you guys as tonight was my 1st encounter with Bluesky...
2 days ago I had a new client for a Shellac Pedi, very happy and loved the treatment.
However tonight I had an emergency call from the same lady almost in tears.
She bought a living social voucher for £10 for a Luxury Shellac Manicure, in a high end Manchester city centre beauty salon;
No luxury treatment
It was Bluesky!
4 layers of colour
No sealing of the free edge
Trimmed the eponychium
No scrubfresh
Filled the nail plate

She was unhappy with the finish so she asked for an appointment tonight to remove and apply my CND Shellac.
It took almost 2 hours, as removing the Bluesky took 1 hour!!

She said she's learned her lesson ;-)

:eek: Oh dear!

Has she reported it to Living Social? I would advise her to as I've seen the offer repeated on there a couple of times.

I once bought a voucher for a hair-cut but when I called to book, the salon tried to charge me an extra £40 because I said my hair was long! I called living social to complain, they sorted it the same day, told the salon they were wrong & when I asked for a refund it was done immediately. They seem to take things like that seriously.

On the plus side, I think it's safe to say she'll now be a loyal customer!
