Do you do these? Ive started a salon newsletter and considered putting in a questionnaire, and to help with responses to enter client names into a prize draw so have the chance for a gift.

Thats a brilliant idea, just think carefully about the questions and what you want to use the research to evaluate.

You will get more responses if you offer an incentive.
