Client reaction to lash tint help

My client has been having her lashes tinted every 6 weeks for around 12 months she has been fine, she has just messaged me saying her eyes are killing and what should she put on them please help [emoji22]

You need to advise her to seek medical help, don’t tell her to take an antishistamine as I don’t think you’re medically qualified. I would send her to the pharmacy and if he/she thinks she should seek further medical help they will advise
