I'm doing all my paperwork etc ready for my new job *whoo*, but I am stumped on what the heck to put on my pedicure record cards!! :o

Can someone help me, or send me an example...?!

Don't know if you have it or access to one, But Jacqui Jefford's book the Encyclopedia of Nails has a good example of one or I bet fiona or Ella (where is she??) can post the info to you.
