Hi,

Just wanted to pick your brains i'm i the process of learning Gel, today when i was practicing on a friend she said her little finger and wedding finger felt like they were falling asleep whilst she had them under uv light.

Does anything know whats causing this?

Is it something im doing?

could it be a gravity thing, does she have to reach up at all to the lamp ?

No her hands are flat on the table she just slides her fingers in.

This has happened to me and i find its better when the client has her wrist elavated on a rolled up towel so that her hand is then pointing down slightly when you are doing your service, this will aid the blood circulation.

I've found if someone's sitting for a length of time their fingers can feel cold through lack of movement. Lifting the wrist usually helps this, keeps the blood flowing down.

Thanx!

I was a bit worried as i didn't know what was causing it.
