this might sound kind of stupid but i have a bit of a problem and i cant stop worrying about it!
tonight was my first shift closing up the spa i work at at the end of the night. i was the last person to leave the building - we share the property with a mortgage office that takes up the back of the building...our spa is at the front. we have to leave through the back, so we walk through the mortgage office hallway in order to leave and lock the door. after i locked up, i exited and shut the door. when i was outside, i realized i left on the lights in the back of the building where the mortgage office is, so the entire office is completely lit up :| i dont have a key, so i was locked out and couldnt get back in to turn the lights off. im scared im going to get in trouble tomorrow...is this something i should be worried about or is it not the end of the world?

I wouldn't worry about it. If you really felt it was leaving the salon vulnerable then you could always call your boss and then it is up to them to sort it out. They probably will not worry about it!

hey hun i wouldnt worry to much about it,it was a mistake we all make them :) and if you do not have a key you cant rectify the mistake

x

I would contact the owners and explain that you would have rectified the mistake if you had a key but as you don't the only thing you can do is let them know and leave it with them,
at least this way you have let them know instead of them just finding out in the morning, hth
and no it is not the end of the world, there are far worse things you could have left on.
