CND Brisa gel training in Northern Ireland?

Hi guys, i am new to this site but have found it very helpful as i am wanting to train in gel nails and from reading here the most popular and efficient gel is brisa. Is this correct? and also where in northern ireland can i train in using this gel? i am looking to get up and running asap so any help with this would be super!
