CND Perfect Colour Powder and Retention+

Hi guys,

I was wondering could you use perfect colour powder with retention+ together?

E.g perfect colour powder in clear/white on zone 1 and then using retention+ pink on zone 2 & 3 and using retention+ monomer as well?

I just finished my Master Architect class and that question came up. The educator said that you could layer them like you described, but not to mix the powders together then try to use as one powder, if that makes sense. Hope that helps!
