CND pink powders.

Morning all,
Im currently using pure pink for my frenchs, but after looking at the Sweet Squared website last night , was debating on trying the blush or intense pink.Just wondered if someone could tell me please if theres much difference and wether I could use either of these all the time.

Pure Pink you really can use all of the time on most people and the same for Blush ... the Intense pink is just that, much more intense in colour. Some people love intense for competition and also when a person's nail bed is very pale or some just love that blingy pink and white look. I personally would not use the 'intense pink' all the time.

Have you thought of using the opaque powders? They are beautiful!

I tend to mix the opaque powders with the intense, I have a warm mix and a natural mix ....

I personally found the opaques quite hard to use and control, hence why i experimented with mixing in the Intense ....

Hi , yes at some point I would like to get into using the opaque powders more, I did have a try with one on my model when I done my cnd acrylic conversion but to be honest both me and my model said that the nails looked too false with the opaque powder .

My tutor on my Poppits training also had opaque powder on and tbh I didnt like the look of them...buuuutttt ,, saying that at some point I do intend on booking a day out to learn nail bed extending as some times I really wish I could do it , so Im just going to have to get used to the opaque powders then, and maybe after plenty of playing around with them actually come to like them.

But in the mean time I think Im going to give the Blush pink a try.Many thanks for your reply btw.

Opaque powders do not look false if chosen correctly. If you choose the wrong colour for the client's skin tone then they will look false but not if the right choice is made. It's up to the artistry of the technician.

I use pure pink for most clients unless extremely short nail beds or nail biter, which I use the opaque. I actually love the neutral for the full nail people are always saying my nails looks fab with this on xx
