Hi Geeks I was wandering what you all use for your pedicures? I use 100% cnd products from L&P to mani and pedi and wanted to keep to that, although I have a few clients whom ahve regular pedicures and was wandering how I could possibly incorporate a bit of a change, what is the earth pedi range like? I use cucumber heel therapy and intense callus serum etc.

Also how do you go about hard skin? I have some new clients whom seem to think that their hard skin will be gone after a pedi and expect me to get a scalpel out and remove, which I was never trained to do, I was never shown to use a file only told if they have hard skin then use one. I am wandering how you all deal with callusus's and hard skin, also how to deal with mobile work, I currently use a hot water bottle to warm my towels although I am going to order heated booties,,,,your input would be greatley appreciatef,,,,thanks guys :D

Hi Katiebbaby, like you I also use CND----raw earth range. I think you should try callus peel. It gets all those calluses away, and don't forget to charge them if you incorporate it into a pedicure. I charge £15 for mine and that's just for the callus. Hope this helps?

OMG really!! I do use this product, and I don't charge it just comes as standard with my pedicure. I am currently reviewing my prices as really am underpricing myself at the moment. x

Is the callus peel your buy CND, ive just ordered the spa man/ped ranges but only saw the cucumber heel therapy, no callus peel or are they the same thing?! :S

Earth Spa pedicure is devine and WARMS the feet rather than COOLING the feet. Perfect for the autumn/winter.

The smell too is very high end Aveda-ish type ... earthy, dark and sophisticated.

Sea serum does the job :) or CND cuticle remover ;) though I find that after a good exfoliating massage there's not alot left to remove lol , really remove is the wrong word if you remove it will come back with it's mates ! Better to soften it,

in The Earth range. The exfoliating foot scrub warms up when you add a little water! I think maybe the heat adds something to the removal of the rough skin like super exfoliates it!

I massage it in on the dry feet, really work it in then dip my hands into the foot soak water then massage the rest in with the wet hands it really heats up they love it :) and it always leaves the feet silky soft!

I personaly like the Earth range more ! I love it's soothing warming effects but it's not about me lol so I tend to use sea spa in summer with it's cooling effects and save the muddy earth for winter , ( unless someones got a blocked nose lol)

If you just want to change things up a bit why not use one or 2 of the Scenstations lotions in with what you already use?

Fingernailfixer introduced me to this idea , there's sooo many combos you can try , if you come up with any good ones let me know :) x
