CND Training?

I want to do the BRISA GELS CONVERSION 1 day course.
Thoughs of you who have done it, how hard was it?
I have only use L&P, so this would be new to me.

I converted to Brisa 2 years ago and love it. It is very different to L&P but your educator will show you everything you need to know so don't worry - HTH
