I work in a busy salon and I am doing at least 2 shellacs a day... The word is spreading... The thing is that I was borrowing a friends CND lamp which she has had to take back, I only had it for a week whilst she was on holiday and I was told by Sweet Squared that they were getting some new lamps the end of June, I didn't panic, Now I've been told it will be the end of July. I am now panicking... Im having to use a lamp with four 9 watt bulbs and a prayer!!! A few ladies have been back with chips so obviously my lamp isn't working but quite a few have been fine for a couple of weeks... If I'm offering a service, I want to provide the best.. I don't think its fair that lots of people have had to wait so long for a lamp as shellac is being advertised everywhere and I don't want to start turning down money!!!!! Please please can you let me know as soon as poss when the new lamps will arrive and also the base coat as Im running very low on that too!!!! Thanks, A Very Frustrated Cheryl x
Ps, Minx is amazing... People are going mad for it here in derby and its so stunning!!!

Trust me - we are all just as frustrated as you about this. No one could have foreseen this level of demand and when you're ordering components like brushes and circuit boards from manufactures with 3 month lead times, it can take time to ramp up manufacturing.

Sweet Squared/CND have got 51 (as of yesterday) Brisa UV Lamps (the original ones) in stock. Once the word goes out on here (which it did yesterday) they will be gone in a flash.

The white CND UV Lamps... they have no stock at the moment.

Brisa lamps are great and will cure your Shellac just fine n dandy. Many CND Techs use their Brisa Lamp to cure Shellac and have never bought the white lamps.

My advise would be to get one pronto 08452106060. When the white lamps come in, you'll want to get one of those too and you will soon be needing 2 lamps anyway!! lol

Does the old lamp do pedicures ok? I am fed up of waiting for the new one and have seen the old one is available on Sweet Squared, just need it to do pedicures as well. Hope somebody knows - thanks.
