Hi All
I obviously keep client records which detail name address email address etc - I keep these safe password protected on my computer on a spreadsheet as well paper-based what Im also recording is DOB, last appointment date and what it was for as well as last spend amount. Ive also got a record of my average price of my treatments what I plan to do is filter on birthdays, how long since last appointment, amount spent etc
Do other owners/mobile techs do this and is there anything Ive missed?
