Hello,

I'm at my wits end right now. I really don't want to resort boxed hair dye and I can't exactly afford a salon experience since my hair is so thick and long.

I'm getting gray. I don't want to change color really, just cover up the grey. I wouldn't mind going a wee bit darker but definitely not much.

I currently and naturally have a very light brown with blonde ends. Not sure why my hair lightens like a bayalage at the tips naturally, but whatever lol

I was researching Wella Koleston Perfect but I don't know ANYTHING about the numbers and mixtures. I can get the stuff no problem, but am looking for help in selecting the right box and volume.

I've linkee some current pics of my hair

Any advice is truly appreciated!

It’s against site rules to provide technical colour advice to a non pro, effectively a client.
Please visit your hairdresser or try a training salon to reduce costs.
