Colour advice black to blue flashes!

I have a client with black hair, she wants blue or purple flashes doing!

I have advised her it's most likely I won't be able to lift her enough to add blue flashes.

If it did lift do I need to achieve a near white colour?

And any recommendations for brands to use for this blue or maybe a purple colour?

I have never done blue or purple before so any tips would be great

Yea as little yellow as possible you need for blue, framesi pure blue is gorgeous and lasts a really long time

Are you using a color reducer first.? I'd go in several times with that. Use good bleach low developer and olaplex. I'd then tone with violet before going in with blue.
