Colour change advice- Wella

A friend of mine has been having highlights with darker blonde bits for a long time. She wants her hair colour now loosely based on the ends of the pic below, but with a root stretch.
I was going to do illumina 7/81 on the roots and the do full head foils of bleach to lighten the rest and tone with 10/16. My friend pointed to these colours as an idea of what she is going for. Basically she wants it white looking with a greyish mild tint to it.
Just want advice on these shades as I haven't used either before, do you think
They will match together? Or does anyone have any other advice on how to achieve what she wants? I haven't done her hair before so I really want to get it right for her as it's such a change that's she wants.
I'm just finishing maternity leave with my second child and guess my confidence has dropped abit so looking for some guidance xx

Or 10/69? I'm aware there is a difference between the pictures but I'm looking for a nice white blonde with a subtle And abit darker root. Basically I'm asking if anyone has done this before and what did you/would you use. Am I on the right track? x

8/81 in colour touch looks beautiful, but can't decide in the root colour that will match X

She just sent me this picture as a more accurate match to what she wants as 'white but slightly grey' means different things to different people. What about 6/16 roots and 8/81 to tone after I've bleach the mid to ends? X
