Colour change?

Hi I am new to this
I was wondering if anyone could help, me and my friend are aiming to get this colour in my hair Friday. My hair is about a 9 at the moment with a few scattered brown highlights. What would be the best method to do this? It doesn't look like just highlights to me as the ends are blonde with no highlights? What colours etc would u use?

Hi yes we are colourists for some reason when I'm trying to a picture on its saying that is too large

This was it last week the toner has faded now it's slightly lighter
