I have a client who previously had KP 12/01 and decided to go darker 4/3. She doesn't like being darker and wants to return to blonde. Would a colour reducer lift the CT and how much lift would it give. TIA x

Yes, a colour reducer should easily remove the darker colour. You’re likely to be left with something around a 9/10 with yellow undertones.
Make sure you follow the instructions carefully and really agitate the hair under running water to remove all the artificial colour molecules. Then do a quick test to ensure there are very few remaining colour molecules otherwise, they will re-expand and go back darker.
As you’ve used CT and it’s not saturated with repeated applications, it should be a doddle to do. :)
