My daughter had put a box colour on her hair over a bleached/toned blonde balayage, she hates it, to the point of tears !!! She’s asked me to correct it. She doesn’t want to go darker but said it too red. I HATE colouring and corrections !! Any idea what I should do ?

Colour remover - easiest way to remove without any extra damage.
I'd highly recommend colour reset or affinage Eraser.

This is what she was after !! I said not to do it 🙄

Oh ffs !! DD has text and said now she want to go lighter !!!
Thinking 7.1 to knock out the red ? all over then foils with 10% and tone with ???

I’d use a 6.1 to knock the red out x

Then highlight and use a 8.1 x

I think lots of foils especially around the face and then neutralise the rest with level 6 Ash. I think 7 will still look to warm. But you can create the lightness using highlights and toning.

I used 6.1 and some ( very few ) teased highlights, it’s to dark BUT no more tears and Christmas is back on !
Thanks everyone x
