Colour disaster! Help please

Hi I got my colour done yesterday I was previously bleach blonde almost white but wanted it tones down to a 10 or 10.1 with highlights so it was blonde but more natural, my friend (qualified hairdresser) got the FAY 10.1 put highlights on T section then 10.1 on roots for 30-40 mins with 30 vol she then put it through to ends with 10 vol but when washing it off told me she put 8 in with 10.1 just on ends now I feel too dark And roots are different colour to ends! I want to be a allover 10 or 10.1 how will I get back to this having a nightmare!!! Thanks

I should imagine that your hair is pretty porous if it was bleach blonde, therefore making the colour grab a little stronger. the upside is, if its that porous, a few washes and it will fade back up again. Dont sweat it - wash it :biggrin:
