Colour help needed!

GREY/ASH hair gone wrong - well it isnt to bad. roots are different colour
best colour to get it back a normal blonde colour with maybe some highlights to lighten it back up.
would a beige blonde or even a number 9.0 be ok?

You need to think in terms of depth and tone, and be specific

Grey Ash hair how? What did you use? On what level hair did you put it on?
Are you a qualified hairdresser? Using terminology like "normal blonde" and "number 9.0" is not very technical.
