Colour help please

I have washed out blonde hair thats a golden light brown.
I used to use 6/71 colour touch to freshen it up when my roots got too light.
My roots got to light so i wanted to make them a bit darker. I used 5/0 colour touch and parts of my hair have gone grey !
how do i amend this will the tonner wash out and go back to its golden colour?
If not if i out 6/71 over wil this fix the problem?????

What made you choose a flat 5 for your roots? Are you a qualified hair pro?

is there anything you can suggest for me to do to correct this

Ok. If you need it fixing, go to your local salon or try a hairdressing training salon/college where a student completing the colour correction course can sort it out for you.
