Hey all,

Hoping for a little bit of advice please.
My client is 50% grey, salt n pepper type colour. She grew out all colour last year as wanted to embrace the natural and go all grey/white. However she still had a lot of darker hair than had hoped for.
So now she has come to me to have more white/grey in.
I havent really had much experience with such high % of grey so bit unsure how to handle this one. As her natural level is very dark, I dont think high lift will lift it enough, but if I use bleach is this okay on the natural grey hair as wont be able to weave around them all?
Am thinking to lift with bleach highlights and then tone with an ash toner? I have told her it will be a process & we most likely wont achieve that level of lift for a clean white like in th photo in the first sitting.
I am worried if I can only lift to a yellow blonde will toning bring the natural white/greys down to that level, or will it be more resistant and not take?
Does anyone have any recommedations on how to go about this & toners to use. I normally use Wella products.
Thanks in advance :) xx
I have attached a photo of her hair now (sorry bad quality) and what she would like to achieve.

I dont know if anyone was watching this post but thought would upload the result. Managed to lift it up well and get a good clean white/grey finish. Did take about 6 hours in the end lol but client really happy with result.
