Colour match for hair extensions

Apologies in advance if this isn't posted in the correct place.

I am looking for some advice on getting beauty works human clip in extensions and was hoping someone could help me colour match?

The email provided on the website doesnt seem to work.
I wonder if there was a way to make the ends multi tonal using extensions?
I have highlights running through from the top although the photo doesn't show this up very well and makes it look like I have a straight line running through of two different colours which isn't the case.

Any advice would be appreciated!
